Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms set out the conditions for using ralleru (the "Service"), operated by Tanaka Daisuke Inc. (the "Operator"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a place where users share information about food allergens, read from product labels and makers' public information. It is not a guarantee that any food is safe, and it is not medical advice. Ingredients change without notice, and labels may differ by lot or region.

Always check the label on the actual package before eating. If you or your child has a severe allergy, follow your doctor's instructions.

3. Accounts

• Searching does not require an account. Posting, favorites and reviews require a free account with a nickname, an email address and a password.
• Minors may use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account from "My page". Your nickname and email are anonymized; posts remain (see section 5).

4. Posting rules

• Post only what you have checked yourself on the package or the maker's official page.
• If unsure whether an allergen is contained, choose "Unconfirmed". Never mark "Not used" without evidence.
• Do not post personal information, including children's names or faces.
• Do not post advertising, medical advice, or content that unfairly disparages a product, company or person.

5. How posts are handled

• Posts are shared knowledge. Other users and reviewers may edit, correct or hide them. Every change is recorded in a public edit history with the nickname of the person who made it.
• You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, edit, translate and distribute your posts for the purpose of running and improving the Service.
• Posts remain after you delete your account, with your nickname anonymized, because removing them would leave other families with less information. If you need a specific post removed, contact us.
• The Operator may edit, hide or remove posts that violate these terms or that could endanger users.

6. Product information and images

Product names, ingredient lists and product images are quoted from makers' public information so that users can identify products in stores. Rights belong to their owners. If you are a rights holder and want material removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Posting information you know to be false, or marking allergens without evidence.
• Impersonating others, or creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or checks.
• Scraping or bulk-copying the Service, attacking or overloading it, or interfering with other users.
• Any use that violates law or these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". The Operator makes no warranty about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the Service, except where caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.

9. Advertising

The Service is funded by affiliate programs (Amazon Associates, Rakuten Affiliate, ValueCommerce and others). "Buy" buttons are affiliate links; the Operator may earn a commission on purchases. Advertising never influences what is listed or how it is reviewed.

10. Changes and termination

The Operator may change, suspend or end the Service, and may revise these terms. Revisions take effect when posted on this page; material changes will be announced on the Service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute.
